UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No.1024-1025/2023

Respondent nos.1, 2 & 5 are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent no.291 has refused to accept the notice, as such, service shall be deemed to be complete.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time to file affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent nos.20, 42, 77, 87-88,100-109, 122, 127, 166, 182, 184-185, 194, 202, 205, 214, 263, 290, 303, 345,389, 410, 431, 444, 460, 508, 513-514, 524 and 527. However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested for fresh notices to be issued with dasti in addition. Allowed. Necessary steps accordingly be taken. Fresh notices be issued. Dasti, as prayed for is permitted in addition.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents but none has entered appearance.
