It is submitted that Ms. Movita, Counsel for the appellants has on 11th July, 2016 filed a letter stating therein that appellant No. 1 was died on 14th February, 2016 and other appellant Nos. 2 to 7 are his legal representatives. Therefore, seperate application has not been made. Copy of Death Certificate & its english translation and legal heris certificate are also enclosed with the letter. Copy of letter dated 11th July, 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that there are two respondents. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are represented by M/s. Gautam Narayan & Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocates respectively.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 3016 OF 2013

There are eight respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate and Ms. Movita, Advocate has on 15th October, 2015 filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 8.

Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the parties do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of cases in both the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
