UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Nobody is present for the petitioner. In most of the SLPs one or another respondent remains -3- Item No.15 unserved for which petitioner has to file proof of service. In some of the SLPs some respondents are yet unserved for whom petitioner has to take appropriate steps. Mr Shish Pal Laler, the ld. Advocate for the respondent appearing in SLP(C) no. 5585-86/2011 has pointed out that among respondents, Janki Devi in such SLP has expired before filing of this SLP itself. In view of such statement, petitioner in such SLP has to take appropriate steps on or before 24.2.2012.

If proper steps are taken ie. if proper application is filed, matter be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for adjudication of such application or for abatement against Janki Devi.
