UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos. 1 to 17, 19, 21 to 24, 27 to 40, 42, 43, 46, 47, 50, 53, 54, 58 to 66, 69 to 84, 89 98 to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos.18, 44, 45, 48, 49, 55 to 57, 67, 68, 108.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent Nos. 20 and 100 has been received back with postal remarks "Unclaimed". Service is deemed complete on the said respondent in view of order passed in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan & Anr (1999), 7, Supreme Court cases 510 and Registrar's Court's Order dated 13.10.2023 passed in T.P(C) No. 2090/2019,there is no appearance.

Notice issued to respondent No. 107 is returned with postal remarks "Refused". Thus, service is deemed to be complete on the respondent and there is no appearance.

Service of notice is complete on remaining respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

List again on 7.2.2025.
