Delay of 259 days in refiling the SLP and delay of 47 days in curing the defects is condoned subject to counsel for the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand) to the credit of Supreme Court Legal Services Committee by way of costs, to be deposited within 14 days.
