UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps to bring on 1. record the legal heirs of the deceased-complainant within a period of two weeks from today. On such application being made, issue notice to the proposed respondents, returnable in four weeks. Hand Not Your Indie Research American State Not Your Indie Research may also indicate that the petitioner has deposited an $\frac{\text{Ily Silyuria}}{\text{Khajuria}}$ $\mathbf{a} = \mathbf{a} \cdot \mathbf{a}$ $of$ 1,00,000/-, in pursuance to the order dated Rs.
13.12.2023 passed by this Court.
2. The said amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- shall be kept in a Fixed Deposit account initially for a period of three months, which shall be renewed periodically.
3. Dasti service, in addition, is granted.
4. Interim protection granted vide order dated 6th October, 2023 shall continue to operate.
