Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is joint writ petition filed by the 40 petitioners. He submits that the lawyer who initially filed the writ petition, withdrew his vakalatnama and some of the petitioners have engaged him, on whose behalf he has already put in appearance, but other petitioners have not approached him so far.

I grant four weeks' time to the counsel to take necessary instructions from the remaining petitioners who have not been represented so far.
