According to the Office Report dated 10.12.2018, service is not complete on Petitioner Nos. 21, 22, 25, 26 and 29. So far as Petitioner Nos. 21 and 29 are concerned, the unserved covers received back as "unclaimed". These covers have been sent on the addresses given in the writ petition.

Insofar as Petitioner Nos. 22, 25 and 26 are concerned, the tracking report is awaited from the postal authorities and the matter be listed after three weeks. 16:17:59 IST Reason:

So far as Petitioner Nos. 18-20, 24, 27, 31, 33, 34, 36 and 40 are concerned, the Office Report reveals that though the service has been effected on these petitioners, none has put appearance. It is, therefore, presumed that they are not interested in prosecuting the same, and the petition is dismissed qua these petitioners.
