UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
wence Verified Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to place on record documents showing that there are four other candidates apart from the first respondent who have secured 590
$\mathbf{1}$
marks and all four are senior to the first respondent in age. He also seeks time to place on record the documents showing number of vacancies and number of recommendations made by the petitioner.
We direct the petitioner to implead the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad through its Registrar General as party. We issue notice returnable on 2nd December, 2024.
We make it clear that part of the impugned order by which the first respondent was declared successful is not stayed. Only the other part is stayed subject to the condition that number of vacancies which are available today shall not be filled in.
