The petitioners sought the deletion of proforma respondent nos. 10 and 11 in Civil Appeal No. 6096 of 2012, proforma respondent nos. 6 and 9 in Civil Appeal No. 6097 of 2012, proforma respondent no. 4 in Civil Appeal No. 6099 of 2012 and proforma respondent nos. 4,7,10 and 11 in Civil Appeal No. 6103 of 2012.

It is stated that these respondents were co-petitioners before the High Court and hence their presence is no longer necessary.
