CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 60966104 OF 2012

It is submitted that certificate of service has not been received from the High Court in respect of unserved Respondent Nos. 6 to 13 in Civil Appeal No. 6096, respondent Nos. 9, 12 to 16 in C.A. No. 6097, respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in Civil Appeal Nos. 6098 & 6099, respondent No. 4 in Civil Appeal No. 6101 & respondent Nos. 4, 6 to 12 in Civil Appeal No. 6103 despite Reminder dated 05.05.2016.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has ot cured the defects in I.A. for Transposition of respondent No. 15 which is still pending.

Service is incomplete.
