UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

I.A. Nos. 3 and 4 of 2012 in S.L.P. (C) No. 140 of 2010:

Petitioner - R.V.E. Venkatachala Gounder is reported to be dead. By these applications, it is prayed that delay in making application for substitution may be condoned and his legal representatives, whose details have been set out in paragraph 4 of I.A. No.3 of 2012, may be brought on record. For the reasons stated in I.A. No. 4, delay in making application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner is condoned. His legal representatives, as set out in paragraph 4 of I.A. No. 3 of 2012, are allowed to be brought on record. Amended cause-title shall be filed within two weeks. I.A. Nos. of 2013 in S.L.P. (C) No. 3574 of 2011: Petitioner - Meenakshiammal is reported to be dead. By these applications, it is prayed that delay in making application for substitution may be condoned and her legal representatives, whose details have been set out in paragraph 4 of the application for bringing on record the L.Rs. may be brought on

record. For the reasons stated in I.A., delay in making application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner is condoned. Her legal representatives, as set out in paragraph 4 of I.A. for bringing on record the L.Rs. are allowed to be brought on record.

Amended cause-title shall be filed within two weeks.
