Nos.1-3 of 2011, be taken up for consideration along with the special leave petitions, which are said to be fixed on 20th January, 2012, as indicated in SLP 751-753/2010 2 the advance list. The respondents will be entitled to file their respective counter affidavits, both to the interlocutory applications, as well as the special leave petitions, within ten days. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within five days thereafter. Let this matter not be deleted from the advance list.

The concerned respondents will not be entitled to any equity with regard to the constructions that may be undertaken during the pendency of the special leave petitions.
