UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA No.1/2013 in SLP(C) No.23885/2012:

Applicant – Anil Kumar Sharma has sought impleadment in the present matter on the basis of an agreement to sell with M/s Ganesh Properties, a partnership firm.

Since the agreement referred to by the applicant is during the pendency of the appeal, we do not find that the applicant is necessary or a proper party, therefore, the application is dismissed.

List the matters on 08.11.2021.

In the meantime, parties may submit documents apart from short written synopsis for the assistance of the Court.
