The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 12.01.2017 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent nos. 3.2 to 3.4 are duly represented. None appears for respondent nos. 3.1, 4, 5, 6, 7.1, 7.2, 8b, 8c, 8g despite due service. Ld Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent no. 8e within two weeks time in terms of Government O.M. No. 12(77)/10-Judl. dt. 18.8.2011. Notice thereafter be issued. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps alongwith address of respondent no. 8d within two weeks time to effect service on the respondent nos. 2.1b, 2.1c, 3.5, 7.3, 8a, 8d, 8d(a), 8f and 8g. Notices thereafter be issued. List again on 16.2.2017."

It is submitted that notice on I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 was issued to respondent Nos. 2.1 to 8g (i.e. respondent Nos. 2.1(a) , 2.1(b), 2.1(c), 3.1 to 3.5, 4 to 6, 7.1 to 7.3, 8(b), 8(c), 8d(a), 8(e) to 8(g). As per track report (Notice on I.A. Nos. 2 & 3) notice has been delivered to respondent Nos. 2.1(a), 3.1, 4 to 6, 7.2, 8(b), 8(c) & 8(g). AD cards duly signed have been received in respect of respondent Nos. 3.1, 3.5, 7.1, 7.2, 8(b), 8(c), 8g but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Respondent Nos. 3.2 to 3.4 are represented through Advocate but not filed any reply so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal, Advocate is the advocate for the petitioner in the instant SLP and Mr. C. L. Sahu, Advocate is the counsel for the applicant in the I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 ( Application for impleadment as petitioners ). In pursuance of order quoted above, Mr. C. L. Sahu, counsel for the applicant in the I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 ( Application for impleadment as petitioners ) has not taken fresh steps to effect service on unserved respondent No. 8(e) who resides at U.S.A. Mr. C. L. Sahu, counsel for the applicant has also not taken fresh steps alongwith fresh address of respondent No. 8(d) and to serve the unserved respondent Nos. 2.1b, 2.1c, 7.3, 8d(a) & 8f.

Service is complete in SLP.

Service of I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 is incomplete on respondent Nos. 2.1(b), 2.1(c), 7.3, 8d(a), 8(e) and 8(f)

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
