It is submitted that notice was issued on 07.12.2016 to respondent Nos. 2.1 to 8(g) in I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 except to respondent No. 8(e) as she resides at U.S.A. and Mr. C. L. Sahu, Advocate who has filed the said I.A.s, has not filed proof of deposit the Postal charges for issuane of said notice despite informed on 07.12.2016 while endorsing the said notice. Notice to respondent Nos. 3.2 was issued through Mr. Sajith P., Advocate and to respondent Nos. 3.3 & 3.4 through Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate. None of the respondents has filed reply so far.

Service is complete in SLP. Service of I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 is incomplete on respondent Nos. 2.1 (a) to 2.1 (c), 3.1, 3.5, 4-6, 7.1 to 7.3, 8(b), 8(c), 8d(a) to 8(g).

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
