The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 03.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to interalia pass the following order:

"None appears for respondent Nos. 22.1/(a) to 2.1(c), 3.1, 3.4 to 8d(a), 8e, 8f, 8g despite due service in SLP.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 2/1 to 8g except respondent Nos. 3/3 and 8b in IA Nos. 2 and 3 within two weeks time. Notices therafter be issued. None appears for respondent Nos. 3/3 and 8b despite due service in IA Nos. 2 and 3. List again on 5.10.2016."

It is submitted that None has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 22.1/(a) to 2.1(c), 3.1, 3.4 to 8d(a), 8(e), 8(f) and 8(g) despite due service. Mr. Irshad Ahmed, Advocate for respondent No. 1 has already filed counter affidavit. Mr. P. Sajith, Advocate for respondent No. 3.2 and Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate for respondent No. 3.3 have been declined to file counter affidavit vide order dated 4.2.2016 of Ld. Registrar Court.

It is further submitted that the Advocate for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service of notice of I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 (Application for impleadment as petitioner) on respondent Nos. 2.1 to 8(g) except on respondent Nos. 1, 3.3 and 8(b) so far.

Service is Complete in SLP but service of notice in I.A. Nos. 2 and 3 on all the respondents is incomplete except respondent Nos. 1, 3.3 and 8(b).

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
