The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 21.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to interalia pass the following order:

"........... None appears for respondent No. 2/2.1(a) to 2.1(c), 3/3.5, 4 to 7.7/1 to 8d(a), 8(f) despite due service. Await service of respondent No. 8(e). List again on 3.8.2016."

It is submitted that None has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 22.1/(a) to 2.1(c), 3.1, 3.4 to 8d(a), 8(f) and 8(g) despite due service. Service in respect of respondent No. 8(e) is still awaited. A letter dated 22.7.2016 has been sent to Post Master, S.C. Branch, New Delhi for postal enquiry of notice issued on 17.2.2016 to respondent No. 8(e) by Airmail, but reply is awaited. Ms. Suruchii Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioner has vide letter dated 25.7.2016 requested to issue dasti notice in respect of respondent No. 8(e) and pursuant to order dated 27.7.2016 of Ld. Registrar(AM) dasti notice has been issued, but she has not filed affidavit of dasti so far.

Service is Incomplete on respondent No. 8(e).

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
