Last opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the

petitioner to cure defects in the application for substitution in respect of deceased respondents 2(C), 3-5. Be cured within three weeks' time.

Last opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing affidavit with regard to proof of publication in respect of respondent no. 7(H). Be filed within two weeks' time. Last opportunity is granted to the respondent no. 7(B) for filing counter affidavit within four weeks' time.

Respondent no. 7(G) has already been deleted vide the order dated 1.10.2013.
