The ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Application for substitution to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 2c, 3 to 5 though has been filed but suffering from defects. Be cured within four weeks time.

Service is complete in respect of respondent Nos. 6a to 6c, 7a,7c,7d,7(i) but none has entered appearance.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.7b is awaited. Be filed within four weeks time.

Vide Hon'ble Court's order dt.1.10.2013 name of respondent no.7a has already been deleted.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner to file proof of publication in respect of respondent no.7h within four weeks time. Liberty is also granted to the impleaded petitioner to complete the process of service in respect of unserved respondent within four weeks time.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the unserved respondent nos.2/2.1(a) to 2.1(c), 3/3.5,4 to 7/7.1 to 7.3, 8(d)/8 d(a) and 8f, paper publication has already been carried out. Be filed within one weeks time.

Liberty is granted to the ld. Counsel for the petitioner to give effect to service upon the rest of the unserved respondents within four weeks time in accordance with law by taking proper measures in terms of the Government O.M. No.12(77)/10-Judl. dt.18.8.2011 for effecting service on the respondents residing abroad.

List again on 18.11.2015.
