It is submitted that Mr. C. L. Sahu, Adv. has on 5.09.2014 filed the copies of I.A. No. 2 & 3 (Application for Impleadment as Petitioners) and accordingly notice in the application was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 3/3 through their respective Counsels and to Respondent Nos 2 to 8(g) through Regd. A.D. on 15.09.2014. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved covers have been received from Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 (g) so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed reply to the applications so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 8(g)
