It is submitted that interlocutory application No. 3 filed by counsel for respondent
No. 1 is still defective . Counsel for respondent No. 1 has not cured defects so far.
It is further submitted that nothing has been received from respondent Nos. 2, 3
and 4 on interlocutory application no. 3.
SLP(C) Nos. 26935-37 OF 2015
It is submitted that office report for directions was listed befreo the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 16.09.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:
"As a last chance and as prayed for, four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to cause dasti service on respondent No.3 and to file affidavit of dasti service, failing which the special leave petitions shall stand dismissed qua respondent No.3 without further reference to the Court."
It is further submitted that dasti notice in respect of respondent No. 3 was issued to the counsel for the petitioner on 26.09.2016. Counsel has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent No. 3 but A.D. card duly signed has been received in respect of Respondent No. 3 from earlier notice.
It is lastly submitted that nothing has been received from Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on interlocutory application nos. 10-12.
SLP(C) No. 25000/2016
The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP ( C) No. 21241 of 2015.
In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, which shall be subject to the condition that in the event this special leave petition fails, the respondent-State shall be entitled to recover from the petitioner the amount together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum."
It is submitted that counsel has not filed spare copies of SLP for issuance of show cause notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Hence show cause notice could not be issued so far.
The matter above mentioned are, therefore, listed before the Registrar Court with office report.
