The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 09.02.2016, when he was pleased to pass the following order :-

"Registry shall with a period of four weeks comply order dated 14.10.2015 of this Court. List again on 30.03.2016."

It is submitted that in persuant to Court's order dated 14.10.2015 in SLP (C) Nos. 12471-12490/2014. All the Special Leave Petitions (Civil) numbers as per the record of proceedings dated 14.10.2015 already noted for listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers and the matters yet to be listed before Judge-in-chambers.

SLP (C) Nos.20920-20925 OF 2014

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in each matters. Mr. Vipin Kumar Jai, Advocate has filed vakalatnama in SLP No. 20920 and 20925 but Counter affidavit has not been filed. Mr. Kaushal Yadav, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit in SLP No. 20924/2014. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of SLP Nos. 20921, 20922 & 20923/2014.

It is further submitted that in pursuant to court's order dated 14.10.2015 Ms. Shobha, Advocate has filed a letter dated 14.10.2015 but she is not appearing in the above said matters as per liste attached with the letter.

Service is not complete in SLP Nos. 20921, 20922 & 20923/2014.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
