Remaining all respondents in all matters herein are yet to be served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. List again on 13.1.2016.

It is submitted there are common respondent Nos. 12 and 46 in all the matters and common respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 2490024901, 25838, 25840 and 25841 of 2015. Service on respondent No. 1 is complete by AD Card. Mr. Manish Vashishta, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2, 5 and 6 and has also filed counter affidavit. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far.
