Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to an I.A., appended to this petition, for deletion of proforma respondent Nos.2 to 23, from the array of respondents, on account of the fact, that they were co-petitioners (with the petitioners herein), before the High Court. In addition to the Signature Net Verified stated I.A., an oral request has also been made, to delete the names of respondent Nos.2 to 23 from the array of respondent, at the risk and responsibility of the petitioners.
