The special leave petition is dismissed on the<br>ground of delay as well as on merits. |
So far as the involvement of the present<br>petitioners is concerned, we are shocked after reading the<br>judgment of the High Court and we do not see any cogent<br>reason that the sentences could have been drastically<br>reduced. Therefore, we issue notice to the petitioners as<br>to why the sentences awarded by the trial Court should not<br>be restored.<br>The petitioners may file their response |
