UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner applied for Anticipatory Bail which was rejected by the Allahabad High Court's Order date on 11.11.2022.
This Court has heard counsel for the parties, and perused the record, which indicates that petitioner is charged with committing offences in terms of an FIR lodged on 06.05.2010. A charge sheet was filed on 26.09.2011. It is directed that the petitioner should report to the Investigating Officer at least on three dates. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 14.02.2023, 15.02.2023, 16.02.2023 at 11:30 am and subject to the cooperation, she is directed to be enlarged on bail on terms and condition that the Trial Court may impose.
The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application(s), if any, are disposed of.
