It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. S.K. Dhingra, Advocate on 11.11.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.10.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CR No. 3989 of 2016 (O & M).

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 34307 of 2016 Entitled National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) Faridabad Versus Padam Singh And Ors as both are arising out of relied upon Judgment by High Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished copies of the Judgment/ Order/ Notification/ Award/ Annexure/ Gos letter/ dated 06.08.1995, 21.02.2000, 07.03.2000. In this regard counsel has given a letter (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.63) stating therein that the same are not necessary for hearing the above mentioned SLP and counsel has requested to ignore the aforesaid defects and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
