O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having perused the record of the case and without going into the merits of the case, we allow the transfer of O.P. No. 3516/2014 titled "Vijay Mohanlal Nichani vs. Mordani", pending before the Family Court at Chennai, Tamil Nadu to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Dibrugarh in Assam. The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law. It is also open for the parties to pray before the transferee Court to refer the matter for mediation.

The transfer petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
