The Ld. Advocate, Ms. Shivani Khandekar, appearing on behalf of Ms. D. Bharathi Reddy, Advocate-on-record has mentioned that vakalatnama has been filed. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks' time.

Counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents has not been filed. Four weeks' time is requested for the purpose. However, perusal of the record shows that the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 9.2.2015 had granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. In view thereof, the further opportunity and adjournment as requested is hereby declined. This matter also stands complete, however, to be processed for listing alongwith the connected petitions.
