As the wife of the respondent No.4-Munshi Ram is respondent No.6 in this very appeal and she has refused to take notice on behalf of the other LRs of respondent No.4, learned counsel appearing for her is directed to take notice and file vakalatnama on behalf of other LRs of respondent No.4. It is stated by Mr. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the respondent No.10 - wife of late Devi Ram has died and her LRs are on record. No further steps is required.
