"A letter has been circulated by the advocate-on-record for the respondent -UGC praying for time for filing counter-affidavit.

Same may be done within four weeks.

Rejoinder-affidavit, if any, may be filed by the petitioner within four weeks therefrom.

List the matter along with SLP (C) Nos. 9162-9163 of 2013 after eight weeks.�

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order, Ms. Anagha S. Desai and Ms. Prerna Mehta, Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 11 and Respondent No. 3 have filed Counter Affidavits and the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Rejoinder Affidavit and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete in both the SLPs.
