It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) ..CC No. 7881 of 2016 (Civil Appeal No. 5224 of 2016) arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.04.2016 when the Court was pleased to grant leave and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of order dated 29.04.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that impugned judgment/order/notification/award/annexures/GOs/letters/orders dated 06.05.2015 is not necessary at the stage of preliminary hearing of the instant Special Leave Petition (Copy of the Advocate's letter is included in the paperbooks at page No. 261).

It is further submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP (C) No. 34156 of 2015 as both are arising out of similar issue.
