It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that for nonfiling of proof of service on the Caveator and undertaking documents by counsel for the petitioner, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchambers on 04th May, 2016 when the His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for the Petitioner is granted two weeks' time to file proof of service of the Petition on the caveator."

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has on 16.05.2016 filed proof of service on the caveator but no filed the undertaking documents viz. copy of Writ Petition and order dated 06.05.2015 so far.
