It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order, SLP (C) No. 34553 of 2015 has been detagged from the batch of rest of the matters.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th January, 2017 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"List the matter after two weeks. Paper Book of SLP (C) 34156/2015 be placed along with the matter on the next date of hearing."

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 34156 of 2015 has now been converted into Civil Appeal No. 507 of 2017 and the paperbooks of the said matter is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
