It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 17.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.5.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 547/2014 along with the application for permission to file additional documents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 53 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 95 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 148 days in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No.6757/2016@CC No. 741/2016 Entitled PUNJAB STATE POWER

CORPORATION LTD. vs M/S. SANGRUR INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION LTD. AND ANR. arising out of common order was granted on 8.2.2016 by the Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as CA No. 2554/2016 and is pending (Copy of order dated 8.2.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 17.4.2013, 17.11.2013, award dated 23.12.2008. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 17.2.2016 stating therein that the same are not necessary and Counsel has requested to list the matter at his own risk.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vikash Singh, Advocate has filed caveat on behalf of respondent No.1.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Priya Puri, counsel for the petitioner has on 21.4.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents. Copy of the same is included in the paper books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
