Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent by registered A.D. post on 13th March 2013. A.D. card duly signed has been received back from sole respondent. Service of notice is complete but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent so far. The office report regarding service position was listed before the Registrar Court on 6th August, 2013, when the following order was passed:- "Sole respondent is reported to be duly and properly served through post but none appeared on his behalf. No further steps required. The matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules." ...2/- -2- SLP (C) NO. 33108 OF 2013 The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4th October, 2013 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:- "Delay condoned Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) 10543 of 2013" Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 29th October, 2013 through registered A.D. post. Service of notice is awaited.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report for order.
