The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30112015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Application seeking exemption from filing official translation is allowed.

Issue notice subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/(Rupees Three lakhs) to the credit of this petition with the

Registry within four weeks.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.

Interim stay is granted subject to the above condition.

List the matter immediately after four weeks."

Pursuant to Order quoted above, counsel for the petitoner has on 15122015 deposited amount of Rs. 3,00,000 by way of Demand Draft No. 730688 dated 14122015 in favour of Registrar Supreme Court of India.

Accordingly, Notice was issued to the sole respondent through Regd. A.D. post as well as dasti on 26122015.

It is submitted that Mr. Ajay Marwah, Advocate has on 09052016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of sole respondent alongwith applicaton for exemption from filing O.T. which has been registred as Interloctuary Application No. 3 of 2016 and also filed counter affidavit, after serving their copy on other side. Copies of the same have been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
