It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 15.10.2015 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in PIL No. 48/2015 and PIL No. 79/2015 respectively alongwith application for permission to take on record lengthy list of dates (registered as I.A. No. 1) and the same have been included in respective SLP Paper Books.
It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 31220/2015 counsel for the petitioner was required to clarify about para 27 & 28 of impugned judgment, report dated 20.12.2013 and about correct name of petitioner. In this regard he has filed a letter dated 02.11.2015 and the same has been placed at page no. 300 of SLP Paper Books.
It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 31220/2015 counsel for the petitioner has on 19.11.2015 filed an application for permission to urge additional facts (registered as I.A. No. 2) and the same is being circulated herewith as separate volume.
It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common order.
