Registrar Court on 18.4.2016, when the following order was passed

"Respondent Nos.3 to 7 and 10 to file counter affidavit within four weeks, as last opportunity. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of respondent Nos. 2,8,9 and 11 within two weeks. Dasti, in addition, is allowed. Notices accordingly be issued. Registry to submit report regarding the status of respondent No.1 List again on 1.8.2016"

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 2.5.2016 taken steps and accordingly notice was issued to Respondent Nos.2,8,9,11 by Regd.AD post as well as dasti. Mr.Y.P.Dhingra, Advocate has filed V/A on behalf of Respondent No.11. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice from Respondent No.2,8,9 have been received back . counsel for the petitioner has not affidavit of Dasti service ,so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for Respondent Nos.37 and 10 have not filed their counter affidavit, so far.

It is lastly submitted that Mr.Sudhanshu Chaudhary represents respondent No.1 but he has not filed counter affidavit, so far.

Service on Resposndent No.2,8,9 is incomplete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report
