The matter above mentioned has been filed by Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate on behalf of Petitioners against the Judgment and final Order dated 21.04.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 7436 of 2013 (O&M).

It is submitted that there is a delay of 109 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and a further delay of 28 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition and the Counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Ms. Sushma Suri, Counsel for the petitioners has on 02.01.2016 filed a letter of undertaking to file the documents mentioned in the letter within one week. (copy of the letter has been included in the Special Leave Petition paper books at page No. 172 for perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is lastly submitted that Ms. Sushma Suri, Counsel for the petitioners has on 08.01.2016 filed additional documents in compliance of her letter dated 02.01.2016. Copy of the additional documents are being circulated herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court. But the Counsel has not filed application for permission to file additional documents and affidavit alongwith additional documents.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
