At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the Court to where the matter has to be transferred.
On perusal of the records, we consider it appropriate to transfer the case bearing FCOP No. 326/2022 titled as "Sri Y. Suvarna Raju vs. Smt. Sai Durga", pending before the Court of XVI Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Family Judge, Malakjgiri, Telangana to the Court of Equivalent jurisdiction at Eluru, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
Ordered accordingly.
Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transfree Court promptly and without any delay.
The transfer petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
