The respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the respondent No.14 has already filed the counter affidavit but he has failed to file the vakalatnama. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks file the vakalatnama.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 08.09.2015 of this Court in respect of the other respondents.
