The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.14 has already filed the counter affidavit but he has not filed the vakalatnama. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks file the vakalatnama failing which the counter affidavit filed by him shall be taken off the record.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos.1-13 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the District Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the period provided above.
