Mehlwal, Advocate on 02.01.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 29.05.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 1944 of 2015 (O&M) barred by time by 125 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No.33770 of 2015 Entitled Shamsher Singh Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was granted by the Hon'ble Court on 07.12.2015. The same is registered as Civil Appeal No. 14564 of 2015 and is pending (Copy of order dated 07.12.2015 is enclosed herewith).(Main matter C.A Nos. 14831532/2015).

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No. 36408 of 2015 Entitled Satyaveer Singh & Anr. Vs State Of Haryana And Ors arising out of common followed Judgment was granted by the Hon'ble Court on 08.01.2016. The same is registered as Civil Appeal No. 207 of 2016 and is pending (Copy of order dated 08.01.2016 is enclosed herewith). (Main matter C.A Nos. 14831532/2015).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
