It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Devashish Bharuka, Advocate on 18.01.2017 against the Judgment and Order dated 20.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2239/2015 (O&M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 335 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 20 days in refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that leave was granted in SLP (C) No. 5075/2017 Entitled AMIR SINGH AND ORS. vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ANR. arising out of common relied upon order on 20.02.2017 by Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as CA No. 3799/2017 and is pending (Copy of order dated 20.02.2017 is enclosed herewith). (Main Matter C.A. No. 14831532/2015).
