UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The respondent Nos.1,2,5 & 9 are granted four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Service is complete on the respondent Nos.3,6,7,8 & 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. However, Ms.Sanya Talwar, Ld. counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.3,6 & 8. She seeks and is given two week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four Signature Not Verified ks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice arready issued to respondent Nos.4 & 11.

It is submitted by the Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.3,6 & 8 that the respondent Nos.4 & 7 have expired. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take appropriate steps to bring on record the lrs. Of the above deceased respondents within four weeks.

List the matter again on 16.07.2018.
