Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report notices issued to the respondent Nos. 1, 4, 5, 9 and 11 have been received back with postal remarks "insufficient address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
