UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Further affidavit dated 28th July, 2020 is filed by the Administrator and Secretary, Guruvayur Devaswom Managing Committee, Guruvayur, Thrissur District, Kerala. In the said affidavit, it is stated that after considering various complaints a list is prepared to regularize the services of those temporary employees, who have completed 10 years of service as on 30.06.2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/temporary employees have submitted that there is no reason for not regularizing services of those employees who have completed 10 years by this time. It is also further submitted that category of those employees were replaced by another set of temporary employees and in view of such artificial break, they were deprived of regularization.

Learned Senior counsel Mr. R. Venkataramani, appearing for Guruvayur Devaswom Board is requested to obtain instructions in the matter to indicate how many temporary employees were in such category as mentioned above, before we proceed further in the matter.

Matters be listed after four weeks for further consideration.
