It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 435 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.08.2015 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in FAN No. 307 of 2012.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 02.02.2017 filed a letter stating therein that the documents pertaining to annexure dated 29.08.2011 are not required in the petition and are therefore not being filed (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 02.02.2017 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 173).

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 7005 of 2012 referred to on page 'H' of list of dates was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.02.2012 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 21.02.2012 is enclosed herewith).
